It's no wonder that two of our most popular rooms are the beachfront suites. Both rooms have amazing views of the Peconic Bay with the white sandy beach is only steps away and the water only 20 feet from your window so you feel like you are sleeping on the beach !
The KING BEACHFRONT or HONEYMOON SUITE is one big studio. It features a king-size canopy bed that overlooks the bay. The room is decorated in pale blues and white and cathedral ceilings with atrium windows, skylights, wood floors and a ceiling fan.
This room is equipped with a full kitchen that has a 4 burner stove with oven, sink, 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave and lots of cabinet space to store all your goodies. It's complete with a table and two wicker chairs for beach front dining. Walk out your sliding glass door onto a private patio with direct beach access. The outside patio has 2 lounge chairs along with a picnic table and benches. This room is perfect for that special occasion or a romantic getaway.
The QUEEN BEACHFRONT is perfect for families or groups. It features a separate bedroom with a wrought-iron queen-size bed. The living room also contains a new white iron daybed that pops up to a king size bed.
The QUEEN BEACHFRONT is bright and airy with lots of windows that face both south and west. The best sunsets can be seen from this room. It's painted seafoam green and is decorated in pale florals with a vineyard theme. It's also comes with a full kitchen and dining room table with an extra leaf to accomodate up to 6 people. It also has 2 closets for extra storage.
Outside your sliding glass door is a semi-private deck. Relax in your lounge chairs, eat breakfast on your picnic table overlooking the bay or walk a few steps across the grass to enjoy our private beach.
Both rooms feature private bathrooms, new air conditioners, cable tv with remote, coffee makers, toasters and individual climate control for the heat in the winter.
